GOP Sen. Susan Collins (Maine) on Wednesday said that she would support a resolution to block President Trump‘s emergency declaration to construct the U.S.-Mexico border wall.

Collins, speaking to reporters in Maine, said that she would support a resolution of disapproval that was focused on the emergency declaration, which she has described as being of “dubious constitutionality.”

The article goes on to state the following:

A spokeswoman for Collins didn’t immediately respond to The Hill’s request for comment. But Collins has spoken out strongly against Trump’s actions, arguing that the National Emergencies Act wasn’t meant to be used to shuffle around money to build a border wall.

“If it’s a ‘clean’ disapproval resolution, I will support it,” she told reporters, according to the Associated Press

Susan Collins needs to be replaced. She’s a traitor to our Country Border Patrols. Not just that she is running scared because she is trying to protect her family not serving her Country. Maine needs to get a new Senator!!! I had rather have a Democrat than a traitor!!!!

She is just an annoying moderate Democrat with a Republican party affiliation next to her name. The entire North East is very blue at its core…

She is a RHINO!! I guess she doesn’t care about protecting Americans and our sovreignty! She needs to take a trip to the border and talk to the BP and see why they recommend a wall! They risk their lives everyday dealing with this crisis! She needs to talk to the Angel moms who have lost loved ones at the hands of illegal aliens. She obviously just wants to obstruct the President, who is upholding his duty to protect our borders and the American people!

I guess if you’re that far removed from the boarder and the problems of illegal immigration it doesn’t matter or effect you. So you really don’t give a damn about the rest of the country. Vote this bitch out in the primaries come 2020. Let’s help the democrats fulfill a promise and give them a Republican who will stand for America to run against.

Unfortunately, every state is now a border state. We are being overrun in Virginia which has been de facto open borders under Governors Warner, Kaine and McAuliffe.

    1. Collins should retire, she is getting too old for the Senate.
    2. All the members of The House and The Senate that are against the wall need to have their finances investigated.
It is time to fight back with the same tactics used by the Democrats.
