Police officers have surrounded a loading dock at a UPS facility in New Jersey on Monday after receiving a report of a shooter inside the warehouse.

A Gloucester County spokeswoman confirmed an active shooter in a UPS warehouse in Logan Township, Gloucester County. The building is on Birchcreek Road and police have roads blocked off in the area. The warehouse is located in an industrial park.

A spokesman for the Gloucester County Prosecutor’s Office said “the situation is contained.”

“We have an active incident in place,” chief of staff Tom Gilbert said by phone. “Tactical elements were deployed.”
