EUGENE, Ore. – Students, faculty and police are safe after a shooting inside Cascade Middle School in the Bethel School District in Eugene.

A suspect has been shot, Eugene Police said. His condition is not yet known.

The article goes on to state the following:

“No students have been injured. There was a shooting inside the building. I can’t give you more details at this time,” Lt. Jennifer Bills with Eugene Police said. “The Interagency Deadly Force Investigation Team will be coming to take over this investigation.”

Parents should stay home, Bills said. You can contact your child by phone or text, she said.

    Love the news reports nowadays, there was a shooting in a school suspect shot you can call or text your kids ty. Smh

    Sometimes I get the impression that these are staged events to get statistics to where they need to be in Salem for for government “action” to resolve “problems” that they themselves have created.

    I feel bad for the parents who had no access to their precious children during and following the event, but at the same time if you put your fish in a barrel for other people to shoot at you get what you ask for. #Homeschool #PrivateSchool
