DML TV: FOX News guests says Trump economy not working for average American

OCTOBER 31, 2018

The Trump economy has resulted in companies throughout the US posting record profits, and there has been a hiring frenzy resulting in low unemployment, but not everyone is doing better.

Although there is some cases record low unemployment, the number of people using food assistance programs remains high. Although the total number has dropped since Obama’s presidency, the number of Americans receiving food stamps as reported by the United States Department of Agriculture on October 5, 2018 is 38.9 million, which is more than the entire population of Canada.

Fox News guest Rick Unger explains that something isn’t right when you’ve got a booming economy but millions of full time workers are relying on food stamps.

My pay check is much bigger than it was in the OB years. I work in the banking industry, and business is good. There was nothing from 2008 to 2016. Fewer regulations.

My two adult sons are doing great and have increased their salaries. The investments I have made have doubled in the last year. I know this wouldn’t be the case if Dems were in control.
