Team DML Membership Confirmation
Hi. In the form below, enter the same email address that you used when submitting your payment for your TEAM DML Subscription. Be sure to confirm your email. Then click Submit.
If we have you in our database, your email will then appear with your zip code and membership level. A letter from DML will also appear, providing the next steps we are taking to get the new website up and ready.
If after you submit your email below, a message appears saying we do not have you on file, please follow these steps:
1) Our system updates every 36 hours. So, for example, if you registered and made a payment on November 1, but your email is not being found, please wait until November 3 to try again.
2) If you waited more than 36 hours and still have the same issue, please double check that the email you used to register/pay is the same as you entered here.
3) If your email is correct, and you do not show up in our database after several tries, please contact us via email at [email protected], and include your PayPal receipt number, the date of payment, your full name as it appears on the receipt, and the email address used for payment. We will get back to you promptly.
