Conservative commentator Ann Coulter on Tuesday defended Attorney General Jeff Sessions against President Trump’s latest swipe, urging the president to direct his “Twitter venom” elsewhere.

“How about directing some of this Twitter venom toward [Senate Majority Leader] Mitch McConnell [R-Ky.], the man who is wrecking your presidency, rather than the AG who’s saving it,” Coulter tweeted in response to Trump.

The article goes on to state the following:

Coulter’s comment came in response to a tweet from Trump in which he quoted a Fox Business host claiming that the Department of Justice (DOJ) under Sessions was no different than the DOJ during the Obama administration.

Coulter has previously pushed back on Trump’s comments criticizing his attorney general, telling the president last year to “be a man” if he didn’t want Sessions to continue in his administration and fire him.

Trump’s tweet Tuesday was the latest in a series of increasing barbs directed at his attorney general in recent months. Trump has said Sessions will serve in his post until at least the November midterm elections.

Many people are universally accepting Trump’s outrage at Sessions. They continually take the President’s side, believing him like he walks on water.
No one supported Trump more then Sessions, Coulter or DML. All 3 have access to more information then we the general public. All 3 are immigration hawks. Trump has not kept his promises on immigration. He flipped on DACA, has not talked or tweeted at all about E-verify and still has yet to start on the actual wall. Nothing about how Mexico will pay for the wall,
or how the new NAFTA agreement helps the illegal immigration/border problem. No talk at all about an entry /exit system for visa holders, even though most illegals overstay visas. No talk about the 14th amendment and birthright citizenship. Sessions is doing his job as far as illegal immigration. He is putting more and more judges to work to clear the backlog of cases. He is prosecuting every possible illegal alien criminal.
The President has a lot of power and resources at his disposal. He could certainly EO E-verify. He could have the DOD build the wall. He could also use his bully tweeter account and call out not just the Democrats, but the worthless Republicans by name. Put them in the spotlight on their immigration record. Force them to take a pledge to fix the illegal immigration problem and secure the border.
We the voters of this country gave the Republicans power to fix the immigration problems. Both legal and illegal. If they are stonewalling, the President could force Congress to act by using the pubic against them. He could also do it alone with the power he has.
The Always Trumpers are as bad as the Never Trumpers. They are nearly as bad as the Obama sycophants. Excuses excuses excuses.
DML, Coulter and Sessions know what the truth is. They are not afraid to call the President out and hold him accountable.

What you are failing to take into account is the fact that trump needs a team of people to do their part in putting his policies into practice. Many are either on the wrong side of the isle already or are too timid to stick their neck out into the crossfire. We have too many traitors within our system of government and until we get rid of them Trump will meet challenges and obstacles every step of the way!

Sessions leans too far to the right. He thinks marijuana should be illegal at the federal level. We want to end the war on drugs, return the power back to the states, and ultimately back to the people.
