A California property developer has taken her $1 million apartment off the market to house survivors of last month’s wildfires.

Caryn Kramer, the owner of Blue Wave Solutions, had secured two offers on the apartment but put the sale on hold after devastating wildfires swept through Butte County and Malibu destroying thousands of homes.

The article goes on to state the following:

Kramer, from Oakland, told KTVU that she decided to offer her space to victims of the Camp Fire blaze who had lost everything.

‘In the long run, we’re housing a family… that means more,’ she said.

A Calabasas father and his two sons from were the first to move into the apartment – a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment which came free with all the furniture included, KTVU reported.
