First daughter and White House senior adviser Ivanka Trump shut down any speculation that she might be chosen to replace outgoing United Nations Ambassador Nikki Haley with a tweet Tuesday.

“It is an honor to serve in the White House alongside so many great colleagues and I know that the President will nominate a formidable replacement for Ambassador Haley,” Trump said hours after it was revealed Haley would depart her post at the end of the year. “That replacement will not be me.”

    Ivanka – hope its true thst you WILL NOT REPLACE NIKI. We need someone that is like Niki and will be willing to stand up and fight for America. Sorry but can’t see you iin that osition. Think it would be a disaster.
