Sen. Kamala Harris (D-Calif.) on Wednesday called on President Trump to combat climate change rather than “withhold money from survivors” after he threatened cut Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) funding for California.

“Californians endured the deadliest wildfire in our state’s history last year. We should work together to mitigate these fires by combating climate change, not play politics by threatening to withhold money from survivors of a deadly natural disaster,” Harris wrote in a tweet.

    How did one of those deadly fires start!? The electric company was at fault. Maybe if Cali was sooo concerned bout their citizens then they should’ve done sumthin better to fix the problem, instead of giving all the free crap to the illegals

    CA isn’t doing anything for the fire victims. Fairy Brown also allowed our electric company to charge the customers for their neglected infrastructure. And no one here tales K. Harris seriously. Anyone who began their political career by “servicing” the married mayor of San Francisco cannot be trusted.
