It’ll soon be game, set, match at the White House — with Melania Trump breaking ground on a new tennis pavilion.

The new space will serve as “a private gathering place for first families to relax and unwind,” the first lady’s press office said in a Tuesday announcement.

The article goes on to state the following:

Trump was seen in a photo provided by the White House smiling as she held a shovel as part of a groundbreaking ceremony on the South Lawn.

The First Lady tweeted on Tuesday, “I am pleased to announce the ground breaking of a new tennis pavilion on the White House grounds. This structure will be a testament to American craftsmanship and skill.”

“It is my hope that this private space will function as both a place of leisure and a gathering place for future First Families. Thank you to the many talented people involved for their dedication and support,” she added.

In another tweet, Mrs. Trump shared photos of the event, and wrote, “Exciting to break ground on the new tennis pavilion project at the White House today. Thank you to all who will help in making this legacy piece possible for future first families to gather at and enjoy for years to come.”
