Adult film actress Stormy Daniels filed a motion released Tuesday to omit a defamation claim against President Trump’s former lawyer and fixer Michael Cohen.

Daniels claimed Cohen defamed her by suggesting that she is lying about her alleged 2006 affair with Trump.

The article goes on to state the following:

The motion says Daniels omitted the claim against Cohen to expedite her overall case.

“Plaintiff filed her motion for leave to amend on November 5 for purposes of efficiency and judicial economy so that the matter may be heard on December 3, 2018,” the motion reads.

Daniels is separately suing Trump and Michael Cohen regarding a 2016 nondisclosure agreement regarding her claims she had an affair with Trump.

I really don’t care if The President had an affair with her. Look at history all the others that did also at least it wasn’t in the Oval Office. To many women are using this to make money, Stormy will and the Dr is. I think that demeans those who have truly been molested or sexual abuse at work. It has become a way to make money and get revenge.
