Trump Tweets: Justice Kavanaugh (Videos, including footage behind-the-scenes)
Following a formal ceremony at the White House Saturday evening to swear in newly confirmed Justice Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court, President Trump sent out two videos on Twitter of the evenings events.
The first video is of the ceremony itself, which was live-streamed to the public.
The second video gives a peek behind the scenes, as President Trump later signed the formal declaration with the Kavanaugh family looking on.
Retired Justice Kennedy administered the oath to Kavanaugh, and President Trump observed that it was the first time a Supreme Court justice has ever sworn in his former clerk to take his seat.
