Rep. Devin Nunes, R-Calif., gave the first hint Tuesday evening about when he plans to make criminal referrals as part of an investigation into alleged political bias in the FBI and Justice Department.

During a Fox News interview, host Laura Ingraham asked Nunes, the ranking member of the House Intelligence Committee, to let her viewers know when they can expect the criminal referrals to happen.

“I would guess sometime in the next two, three, four weeks,” he replied. Nunes also said he’d like to see what is in special counsel Robert Mueller’s report for his investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election and possible collusion between the Trump campaign and the Kremlin.
