Protestors gathered in Columbus, Ohio to protest the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency (ICE) by erecting a 32-foot-tall tripod, but began chanting “fuck the police” after police officers deconstructed the tripod Monday morning.

Columbus Dispatch reporter Abbey Marshall reported on the protest:

I’m on Front St. at a rally to abolish ICE. A woman is harnessed in a 32-foot-tall tripod with a person duct taped to the base. They say she’s not coming down until action is taken. At least 14 cop cars and fire are present.

The woman has been released from her harness and brought down by Columbus Fire. A man is still duct taped by his hands at the base of the tripod. At least two people have been arrested so far.

I was told by police at least eight people have been arrested for various charges, including disorderly conduct. The 8-10 people in the LeVeque Tower have been removed from the ICE office for trespassing, police said.

The article goes on to state the following:

In a Facebook live video published by WSYX ABC 6, protestors can be heard chanting, “fuck the police,” repeatedly as police officers broke down the 32-foot-tall tripod and placed it in the back of the police van.

According to WZWX:

A protest against U.S. immigration policy and recent deportations temporarily shut down a street in Ohio’s capital, resulting in 12 arrests.

The report goes on to say:

Protesters blocked the street across from City Hall in Columbus and around the corner from the Ohio Statehouse Monday morning by erecting three wooden poles in a tall tripod.

Protesters shouted “No borders” and held signs such as “No Borders! No Wall! We Want Freedom For All!”

Police say charges against the protesters include disorderly conduct and failure to comply.

Every individual in this country that believes that statement, “ No border, no wall” should be allowed to register/sign up on a national data base, like a petition to say they support that statement. They must include their address, including zip code, and phone number for verification.
Then each person registering can be given a family of illegals as they are arrested coming across our borders to provide care and support for them for 90-180 days. During that time, they can access the families willingness to work and assimilate into our society, as in being productive members. The must teach their adoptive family to speak English and to abide by our laws. If at the end of 180 days, they believe their adoptive family will become good citizens, they can continue with that family for up to 2 years at which time the adults must have completed citizenship paperwork, speak English, and have passed the Citizenship testing and be sworn in. Then if they’d like, they can take on the next family. OR THEY CAN ALL SHUT THE HELL UP AND STAND BEHIND THE LAWS OF THE U.S.A.
AFTER 2 1/2 years of supporting financially, providing food and shelter and medical care, AND education: THEN they might actually have some basis for their “No borders, no walls” concept!!
Sound like a plan?????!!!! I think so.
