A spectator collapsed shortly after Stone’s departure.

Stone left the courtroom after the first juror, a former Obama-era press secretary for the Office of Management and Budget, admitted to having negative views about President Trump and following coverage of special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation, according to Politico.
According to multiple reports, Stone, who was observed sweating, walked out of the courtroom with his wife. He later asked to be excused from the court, explaining that he had food poisoning, and left holding a Gatorade bottle.
While Stone was out sick, a spectator in the room, described as a man in his mid 40s, screamed and fell into a seizure on the floor.
Reporter Megan Mineiro tweeted, “To clarify, the man a member of the public was convulsing on the floor in the back row and his feet could be heard hitting the bench as the courtroom emptied. He was standing in line for about an hour before the courtroom opened, wearing a trench court and brimmed hat.
