Acting Director of National Intelligence (DNI) Joseph Maguire contradicted President Trump on Thursday, telling told Congress that he believes the whistleblower who raised concerns about Trump’s interactions with Ukrainian officials did the “right thing” in a “unique and unprecedented” case.
