Former Memphis City Schools Board President Tomeka Hart revealed Wednesday that she was the foreperson of the jury that convicted former Trump adviser Roger Stone on obstruction charges last year — and soon afterward, her history of Democratic activism and a string of her anti-Trump, left-wing social media posts came to light.

Hart even posted specifically about the Stone case before she voted to convict, as she retweeted an argument mocking those who considered Stone’s dramatic arrest in a predawn raid by a federal tactical team to be excessive force. She also suggested President Trump and his supporters are racist and praised the investigation conducted by Special Counsel Robert Mueller, which ultimately led to Stone’s prosecution.

The article goes on to state the following:

Meanwhile, it emerged that U.S. District Judge Amy Berman Jackson had denied a defense request to strike a potential juror who was Obama-era press official with admitted anti-Trump views — and whose husband worked at the same Justice Department division that handled the probe leading to Stone’s arrest. And, another Stone juror, Seth Cousins, donated to former Democratic presidential candidate Beto O’Rourke and other progressive causes, federal election records reviewed by Fox News show.

President Trump responded, tweeting Thursday morning, “Now it looks like the fore person in the jury, in the Roger Stone case, had significant bias. Add that to everything else, and this is not looking good for the “Justice” Department. @foxandfriends @FoxNews.”

Fox News noted that “The drama began when Hart confirmed to CNN and other media organizations Wednesday that she had written a Facebook post supporting the Justice Department prosecutors in the Stone case who abruptly stepped down from their posts on Tuesday, saying she “can’t keep quiet any longer.””

Sean Davis, co-founder of The Federalist, responded to one of Hart’s social media posts, and tweeted, “This certainly looks like evidence that the jury foreman in Roger Stone‘s case determined long before she was tapped as a juror that anyone indicted by Mueller must be guilty.”

CNN tweeted, “A juror on the Roger Stone trial said she wants to “stand up” for the four prosecutors who withdrew from the case in response to their sentencing recommendation being changed by DOJ leadership. She wrote on Facebook that she “can’t keep quiet any longer.””

Conservative journalist Mike Cernovich responded, “Oh wow. I’m on the social media profile of this “juror,” and she’s a radical, far left-wing activist. By identifying herself, this opens up Roger Stone’s trial to public scrutiny. How in the hell did this woman ever get to oversee a case involving a Trump ally?”

Cernovich then posted screenshots of Hart’s social media posts:

“No big deal just a picture of a juror on the Roger Stone case hanging out with the former DNC Chair. Oh and she’s scrubbing her social media in real-time after my reporting. Be sure to check out these Tweets,” Cernovich posted.
