VIDEO: Julian Castro Leads LGBT Migrants To US Border

As the most reliable and balanced news aggregation service on the internet, DML News App offers the following information published by DAILYCALLER.COM:
Democratic presidential candidate Julian Castro traveled to Mexico to escort a group of LGBT migrants to the U.S. border, an attempt to showcase how the Trump administration’s immigration policy hurts vulnerable immigrants.
Castro traveled to Matamoros, Mexico, home to a large base of migrants hoping to enter the U.S., and led a group of asylum seekers to the border Monday. The group of migrants were made up of LGBT and other vulnerable individuals who should be exempt from the Trump administration’s Remain in Mexico policy, Castro said.
The article goes on to state the following:
“What I saw in across the border in Matamoros, Mexico is a national embarrassment — one entirely of [President Donald] Trump’s creation,” the former Housing and Urban Development secretary wrote Monday on Twitter. “Make no mistake: his agenda is killing people — and it’s on purpose.”
Castro touted that he had brought 12 LGBTQ and ‘disabled’ asylum seekers across the border for their cases to be heard.
He later posted an update, expressing outrage that they had been sent straight back to Mexico.
UPDATE: hours after we were told LGBT and disabled asylum seekers would have their cases heard, they have been returned to Mexico.
By law, these migrants are supposed to be exempt from the Remain in Mexico policy—but @CBP had decided to ignore their due process. Outrageous. https://t.co/bLaThZMNFJ

To our LGBTQ family:
Neither SCOTUS or @RealDonaldTrump get to decide your humanity.
You are equal, you are loved, and no matter what the decisions are before the Court, we will fight with you to end all discrimination based on sex, gender and sexual orientation.#RiseUpOct8

For Donald Trump, the cruelty is the point.
His immigration agenda has created the conditions on our border—conditions only bound to get worse. We are better than this. pic.twitter.com/Uq57Ubc8XZ

This asylum seeker is deaf— even under Trump’s cruel ‘Remain in Mexico’ policy, vulnerable migrants are supposed to be exempt.
But this policy has been enforced at random—forcing many to camp in Mexico.

A week ago, @danimarr94 of @TXCivilRights invited me to Matamoros to see the impact of Trump’s “Remain in Mexico” policy.
I’m here now to meet with refugees, some LGBTQ or disabled, who’ve been held up here despite policies that allow them to enter.pic.twitter.com/G7tPXCfQeX

WATCH THIS:
“I hope that people in this country who say that they’re Jesus-loving, God-loving—that they pay more attention to God-loving, Jesus-loving people on this side of the border, that are brown-skinned, that are desperate, and are being treated cruelly by this president.” pic.twitter.com/u1PS1lgDtH

As Castro left the river, migrants called to him:
“Our children are sick!” said one man.
“We’ve been here for months!” said another.
“Our next court date isn’t until January!” said a woman.
“I’m sorry,” Castro replied in Spanish. “I know you’re suffering.”https://t.co/2gWlv9bPzr— Melissa Gomez (@MelissaGomez004) October 8, 2019
